A ruined roast. Problems everywhere: drying phase could be 1-2 minutes longer, ramp 300F-390F is wasy too long (2-3.5min. would be good), and there was a near-runaway temp. increase at the end of the roast. When the iRoast fan speed reduced to LOW SPEED, the beans were practically still in the bed. In other words, the beans were too large and heavy to be circulated by the low speed fan, combined with a lot of chaff blocking the top screen. This resulted in a ruined roast, the heat ramp was too high - lack of bean circulation caused some beans to remain at City+, while other went to Vienna stage; there are burned and deformed beans.

I bumped the voltage up at 12min, to see if the higher voltage would increase fan speed--it didn't do much. Voltage variation seems to affect the heater coils to a greater extent.
