How could First Crack begin at 370F?? Maybe I was hearing silverskin or something -- I think where I marked "Second Crack" on the chart, that's actually true First Crack. A stretched out City+ roast, with a very (too too) slow ramp from 300F-400F: 11min. The drying stage is much too short as well. Death to beans...
