The lower fan speed sped up the roast at the end, and again the beans weren't circulating enough. I did get a better drying phase: 77F-310F in 3.5 min. Note that it's possible my thermocouple reading of 310F may be 10F-15F higher than the bean temp, at that point. This roast appears darker than the final temperature would indicate. The actual bean temperature seems to have been hotter than the thermocouple readout (?). The lowest fan speed at the end of the roast is not working for 120 grams of Monkey Blend. Can either reduce the load, or avoid the lowest fan speed - I will try for the second option.

AGAIN IGNORE FIRST CRACK
In the chart, just as with Roast 6, I can't believe my First Crack marking. It's reasonable that were I marked "early cracks" around 380F, was where First Crack was beginning, and First and Second crack were fairly continuous with each other. Either the thermocouple moved up in the bean bed or
